· Check other company’s available listings daily and either
call or email property reports that meet your buying
criteria.
· Discuss Buyer Representation with you so you are
comfortable with the home buying process.
· Show you only homes in your price range and comfort
zone in the neighborhoods you are interested in living.
· Disclose any material facts I’m aware of about any
property you have interest in.
· Discuss all forms necessary to buy a property and write
the purchase agreement so you are comfortable with the
process.
· Keep you informed of all developments during negotiations,
including counteroffers and any other aspects of the
transaction that need explanation.
· Recommend home inspection companies and set up the
inspection.
· Discuss the advantages of Edina Realty’s Home Service
Plus Inspection and Home Warranty Program.
· Recommend a title company to prepare your title work,
explain title insurance a recommend a title closer.
· Schedule a “Walk Through”, Attend the Closing.
